The Channels drop-down is pretty self-explanatory, click it to bring down the list, and click on a channel name to join it. The Match Quotes are for requesting a game or pasting a connect statement containing info on how to connect to our match server. Finally Other Quotes are to Auth with Q, and to set the #team-7 channel topic. If you don't know what authing with Q is, ask one of the 7 guys about it, they'll explain all.
If you want to be an admin on the chan, you'll have to do what's called Authing with Q. It's easy! Just read this page, and follow it's instructions. Afterwards, you can use the Other Quote above and stick your pw and username in. Then you'll get OP'd!
